Josefina is an industrial Engineer (Universidad Católica Argentina) and holds a Master (MSC) in Organizational Coaching from Ashridge Hult Business School in London. She developed her career in Human Resources in Citibank and Philip Morris International.

She lived and worked in Argentina, Czeck Republic, USA, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Colombia, México and Switzerland. She held leadership positions at local, regional, and global level, as Generalist and specialist in the areas of Compensation and Benefits and Talent Development. In addition to her consultant work, she is a business advisor to technological startups.

She is fluent in Spanish and English and is accredited as a mentor and coach as Senior Practitioner by EMCC. Some of her other certifications include Korn Ferry Learning Agility, Lominger and Hogan Assessment Systems. She lives in Madrid.

Graciela is a talent and organization professional with more than 25 years of experience in leadership positions in multinational companies. She has worked in diverse geographies such as Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, USA, Switzerland and Spain. She has held local positions as Head of Talent and Culture, regional and global roles as Development Director and Talent Acquisition Director.

As a consultant, she currently advices and supports the development of businesses in local and international projects.

Graciela has a bachelor’s in Industrial Relations obtained at Buenos Aires University and counts with a coaching accreditation from Coaching for Performance in England, ILM. Other certifications include: Hogan Assessment Systems, MBTI, Korn Ferry Learning Agility, 360 Voices, Lominger, KF4KD. She speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese. She lives in Madrid, Spain.
