Her approach integrates critical thinking, a relational perspective, and the design of practical, business-oriented solutions to address complex challenges in people management and organizational culture.
She brings extensive international Human Resources experience, having worked across nine countries and held key leadership roles at local, regional, and global levels within multinational organizations.

She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master's degree (MSc) in Organizational Coaching from Ashridge Hult Business School. She is a Coach and Mentor accredited as a Senior Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Her professional certifications include: Korn Ferry Learning Agility, Lominger and Hogan Assessment Systems.

Her professional background includes significant corporate experience at Philip Morris International, where she led talent, leadership and organizational development initiatives across diverse markets and business contexts.
In addition to her corporate career, in her consulting role, she supports organizations across a variety of industries and service sectors.
